Block scheduling on a calendar may sound old-school, but it is the best productivity hack you need!
To-do lists: we've all made at least a handful of those. I personally love to-do lists for tasks that I know will take less than 5 minutes (booking an appointment, replying to a quick email, posting something on social media etc.,) But for everything else, embrace the calendar. With block scheduling, you start by dividing up your day into blocks of 15 or 30 minutes, and assigning a task or an activity to each. This gives you a macro, high-level view of how you are managing your time. Here's what you have to gain when you work and live off that calendar:
